SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with AURACRYSTAL. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing times, shipping methods, estimated delivery times, tracking, and other important shipping information.

Free Worldwide Shipping

AURACRYSTAL provides free standard shipping on all orders to destinations available at checkout.

Free shipping applies automatically. No discount code is required.

If your destination is not available during checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

Order Processing Times

Standard in-stock products are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not normally processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During holidays, promotional periods, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Custom and Bespoke Orders

Custom-made, bespoke, personalized, and made-to-order products normally require 7–15 business days for production before shipment.

Production begins after the customer has confirmed all relevant details, including the material, shape, size, design, and other specifications.

Complex designs, special materials, large quantities, or specification changes may require additional production time. If additional time is required, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided with your order.

Estimated Delivery Time

After an order has been dispatched, standard international delivery normally takes approximately 7–20 business days.

This is an estimated delivery period and begins from the date the package is dispatched, not the date the order is placed.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

• The destination country or region;
• Customs clearance;
• Local postal or courier services;
• Public holidays and peak shopping periods;
• Weather, transportation disruptions, or other events outside our control; and
• Whether the order contains custom-made products.

Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

When your order has been dispatched, we will normally send a shipping confirmation email containing the available tracking information.

Please allow several business days for tracking information to appear or update after shipment.

Some local postal services may provide limited tracking updates after a package enters the destination country.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, recipient name, telephone number, postal code, and other required delivery information.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.

AURACRYSTAL is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, an incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, VAT, handling charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless these charges are specifically collected during checkout, they are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer.

AURACRYSTAL does not control customs charges and cannot predict their amount. Customers should contact their local customs authority for further information before ordering.

Customers are responsible for complying with the import rules and regulations of their destination country.

Customs Delays

Customs clearance may occasionally delay a shipment beyond the estimated delivery period.

AURACRYSTAL is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, local government inspections, or additional information requested from the recipient.

Please respond promptly if the carrier or customs authority contacts you for information required to complete delivery.

Split Shipments

Products from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately because of product availability, package size, production time, or logistical requirements.

If an order is divided into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for an approved split shipment.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please first review the tracking information and confirm that the shipping address is correct.

Please understand that temporary delays can occur because of customs clearance, local delivery operations, severe weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

If the tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact us at shma8787@outlook.com and include your order number.

We will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier and investigating the shipment. Carrier investigations may require additional processing time.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

• Check the delivery location around your property;
• Ask household members, neighbors, reception staff, or building management;
• Check for a delivery notice; and
• Contact the local delivery carrier.

If you still cannot locate the package, contact us as soon as possible. We will assist with an investigation where possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement when the carrier has confirmed successful delivery to the address supplied with the order.

Damaged Packages or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your package immediately after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at shma8787@outlook.com.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs or videos of:

• The product;
• The shipping package;
• The shipping label; and
• Any visible damage.

Please retain all packaging until we have completed our assessment.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered production, been processed, or been dispatched.

Custom-made, bespoke, and personalized orders cannot normally be cancelled after production has begun.
