TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: July 15, 2026

OVERVIEW

Welcome to AURACRYSTAL.

The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to AURACRYSTAL, operated by Donghai County Xiuhua Building Materials Business Department.

AURACRYSTAL operates this website and online store, including the information, content, features, tools, products, and services made available through it (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is hosted and powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you access our website, use our Services, or purchase products from us.

By visiting, browsing, interacting with, or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies displayed on our website.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use our Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your country or region.

SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT ACCESS

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country, state, or province of residence and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you permit a minor dependent to access the Services through a device or account that you own or control, you are responsible for supervising their use of the Services.

You may be required to provide certain information when browsing our store, creating an account, or placing an order. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, billing information, payment information, and shipping address.

You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, complete, and lawfully provided.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

You may not sell, transfer, assign, or license your account to another person.

SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. However, colors and product appearance may vary depending on photography, lighting, screen settings, and the device used to view our website.

Product measurements are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Small differences may occur because of manual measurement, polishing, cutting, and hand-finishing processes.

We may update product descriptions, prices, specifications, images, availability, and other information at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue a product or limit the quantities available to any person, household, geographic area, or jurisdiction where permitted by law.

Nothing in this section excludes your rights when a product is defective, materially different from its description, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise does not conform to applicable consumer law.

SECTION 3 — NATURAL CRYSTAL CHARACTERISTICS

Many AURACRYSTAL products are made from natural crystals, minerals, and stones.

Natural materials may contain variations in color, transparency, texture, pattern, internal lines, mineral inclusions, small surface features, and other naturally occurring characteristics.

These variations make each product unique. They are not normally considered defects when the product is substantially consistent with its description, selected material, specifications, and representative images.

The product you receive may not be identical to a sample or product photograph because each natural crystal has its own individual appearance.

Natural crystals may be fragile. Products should be handled, cleaned, stored, and used carefully. Damage caused by dropping, impact, improper storage, unsuitable cleaning methods, misuse, or unauthorized modification is not considered a manufacturing defect.

SECTION 4 — WELLNESS AND SAFETY INFORMATION

Our products are offered for personal wellness, lifestyle, decorative, massage, or similar purposes, as described on the relevant product page.

Statements concerning crystals, energy, wellness, rituals, or traditional practices are provided for general informational and cultural purposes only.

Our products and website content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are recovering from surgery or injury, or have concerns about using a product, consult an appropriate qualified healthcare professional before use.

Customers are responsible for reading and following the applicable product instructions and warnings. Stop using a product immediately if it causes pain, discomfort, irritation, or injury.

Products should be inspected before each use. Do not use a product that is chipped, cracked, broken, unstable, or otherwise damaged.

Keep products out of the reach of children unless the product is specifically identified as suitable for children and is used under appropriate adult supervision.

SECTION 5 — CUSTOM, BESPOKE, AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

We may offer custom-made, bespoke, made-to-order, or personalized products based on customer-selected specifications, including material, shape, size, design, quantity, engraving, or other features.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all specifications before production begins.

Natural material availability may affect the precise color, transparency, pattern, or inclusions of a custom product. We will make reasonable efforts to follow the agreed specifications while respecting the natural characteristics of the selected material.

After the customer confirms the design or specifications and production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Custom-made or clearly personalized products are subject to the special return restrictions stated in our Return and Refund Policy, except when the product is damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied, materially different from the agreed specifications, or applicable law provides otherwise.

SECTION 6 — ORDERS

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Product unavailability;
• Incorrect pricing or product information;
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
• Shipping restrictions;
• Legal or regulatory requirements;
• Unusually large quantities; or
• Inability to complete an agreed custom order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase. Contact us promptly if you need to request a change or cancellation.

We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible after an order has entered production, been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.

Purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy, available through the footer of our website.

SECTION 7 — PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND BILLING

Product prices, discounts, promotions, and availability may change without notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation, subject to the correction of obvious errors and applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, product prices may not include import duties, customs charges, taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, payment, and contact information.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment service providers to process the applicable charges.

If a price, promotion, description, or other material information is clearly incorrect, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed using the corrected information. If you do not wish to proceed, or we cannot contact you, we may cancel and refund the order.

SECTION 8 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Order processing times, custom production times, estimated delivery periods, tracking information, customs charges, and shipping conditions are described in our Shipping Policy, available through the footer of our website.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed delivery date in writing.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, carriers, weather, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, government action, or other events outside our reasonable control. This does not affect any mandatory delivery rights available under applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information.

Where required by applicable consumer law, the risk of loss or damage remains with us until the product is delivered to you or a person designated by you.

If you independently arrange a carrier that was not offered by us, risk may transfer when the product is delivered to that carrier, to the extent permitted by law.

SECTION 9 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds, damaged products, exchanges, non-returnable items, hygiene restrictions, and custom product exclusions are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, available through the footer of our website.

Our policies form part of these Terms.

Nothing in our Return and Refund Policy or these Terms excludes any statutory right that cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 10 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services and their content—including our trade name, logos, branding, photographs, videos, graphics, text, product descriptions, layouts, designs, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to AURACRYSTAL and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the Services only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.

Without our prior written permission, you may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish, display, transmit, scrape, store, or commercially exploit any part of the Services or their content.

AURACRYSTAL names, logos, designs, and slogans may not be used without prior written authorization.

Shopify’s names, logos, products, and services are the property of Shopify or its licensors.

No provision of these Terms grants you ownership of or a license to our intellectual property except for the limited personal right to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

SECTION 11 — OPTIONAL AND THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

We may provide access to tools, applications, payment processors, messaging services, social media features, or other services operated by third parties.

We do not control all aspects of these third-party services and provide access to them subject to their own terms and policies.

Your use of optional third-party tools is at your own discretion and risk. You should review the applicable third-party terms and privacy policies before using them.

We may introduce new features, resources, tools, or services in the future. Unless otherwise stated, these will form part of the Services and be subject to these Terms.

SECTION 12 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our Services may contain links to websites or resources operated by third parties.

We are not responsible for examining or guaranteeing the accuracy, content, availability, security, policies, products, or services of third-party websites.

Accessing a third-party website is at your own discretion. Complaints or questions concerning third-party products or services should be directed to the relevant third party.

SECTION 13 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

AURACRYSTAL is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, all purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and AURACRYSTAL.

Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for the fulfillment, quality, safety, legality, returns, refunds, or customer service associated with purchases from AURACRYSTAL.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge that Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for claims, damages, or liabilities arising directly from products purchased from AURACRYSTAL.

Nothing in this section excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 14 — PRIVACY

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, available through the footer of our website.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify may collect and process personal information relating to your access to and use of the Services to provide and improve its services.

Information may also be shared with payment processors, shipping providers, service providers, and other partners where necessary to operate our store, fulfill orders, prevent fraud, comply with legal requirements, or provide customer support.

Please review our Privacy Policy for further information about how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, transferred, stored, and protected.

SECTION 15 — REVIEWS, COMMENTS, AND FEEDBACK

If you submit a review, photograph, video, suggestion, comment, or other content (“Feedback”), you confirm that you own or have permission to submit it.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, display, and distribute the Feedback for operating, improving, and promoting our Services.

This license does not transfer ownership of your Feedback to us.

You must disclose any compensation, free product, discount, or other incentive received in connection with a review where required by law.

Feedback must not:

• Infringe another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Contain unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or misleading material;
• Contain malware or harmful code;
• Misrepresent your identity or experience; or
• Violate applicable law.

We may moderate or remove Feedback where permitted by law, but we are not obligated to monitor all user-submitted content.

SECTION 16 — ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

Information on our website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, availability, shipping charges, or delivery estimates.

We may correct or update inaccurate information and, where permitted by law, cancel an affected order.

If a correction materially affects an order you have already placed, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and provide an appropriate choice, including cancellation and refund where applicable.

SECTION 17 — PROHIBITED USES

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes.

You must not use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights;
• Submit false, deceptive, or misleading information;
• Harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or harm another person;
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code;
• Conduct fraud or unauthorized transactions;
• Collect personal information about other users without authorization;
• Send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited promotions;
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Services;
• Circumvent access restrictions or security measures;
• Impersonate another person or organization; or
• Copy, scrape, extract, resell, or commercially exploit the Services without authorization.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated.

SECTION 18 — AUTOMATED SYSTEMS AND AGENTS

Automated systems, bots, crawlers, scrapers, or artificial-intelligence agents may not access or interact with the Services in a way that violates these Terms, bypasses technical restrictions, conceals automated activity, interferes with store operation, or collects content or personal information without authorization.

We may use technical measures to limit or block automated access where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, our customers, or our rights.

SECTION 19 — TERMINATION

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the Services, engage in suspected fraud, or create a security or legal risk.

Termination does not affect rights, payment obligations, claims, or liabilities that arose before termination.

Provisions that are intended by their nature to continue after termination—including intellectual property, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute provisions—will remain in effect.

SECTION 20 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

We use reasonable care in operating our Services and fulfilling orders.

However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.

General information provided through the Services is not professional, legal, medical, or healthcare advice.

Any warranty disclaimer in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory guarantees, implied warranties, or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 21 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AURACRYSTAL and its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
• Death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be excluded;
• Intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable;
• Defective products where liability cannot be excluded; or
• Mandatory statutory consumer rights.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, the relevant exclusions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

SECTION 22 — INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold AURACRYSTAL and its affiliates, employees, contractors, service providers, and licensors harmless from third-party claims arising directly from:

• Your material breach of these Terms;
• Your unlawful misuse of the Services;
• Your infringement of another person’s rights; or
• Content you submit in violation of these Terms.

This section does not require a consumer to indemnify us for our own negligence, breach, unlawful conduct, or matters for which indemnification cannot legally be required.

SECTION 23 — SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted by law or removed to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

SECTION 24 — WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and other policies displayed on our website, constitute the agreement between you and AURACRYSTAL concerning your use of the Services.

SECTION 25 — ASSIGNMENT

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a business reorganization, sale, merger, or transfer of operations, subject to applicable law and without reducing your consumer rights.

SECTION 26 — GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms and transactions with AURACRYSTAL are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to applicable mandatory law, disputes relating to these Terms or the Services may be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction in Lianyungang, Jiangsu, China.

If you are a consumer, this section does not prevent you from relying on mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence or from bringing a claim in another court where applicable law gives you that right.

Before beginning formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

SECTION 27 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, technology, or legal obligations.

The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes.

Changes will not retroactively reduce rights associated with an order already placed unless applicable law permits it.
